- Field Exploration:
To prevent all possible errors and to create a design that is practically feasible and can be assembled without problems, a detailed on-site inspection of the project, whose architectural design was previously submitted to us, will be carried out by experts in the field.
- Design and Project Planning:
Based on the criteria established through mutual discussions, the technical design and hydraulic calculations are prepared using original and standard-compliant software, adhering to current design and assembly standards such as FM, UL, VdS, EN, and ISO, and delivered to the customer.
- Electrical and Mechanical Assembly:
The project involves completing the design, engineering, and hydraulic calculations, then preparing the cost estimate, procuring materials, and installing electrical detection and mechanical extinguishing systems.
- Commissioning and Supervision:
Installation of fire extinguishing and detection systems in accordance with assembly standards, supervision services ensuring extinguishing performance and efficiency, and commissioning of all system functions.
- Room Leakage Test:
In areas protected by gaseous fire suppression systems, after determining the duration of gas retention in the room, leaks are detected by a certified expert using licensed equipment to test the system's performance under actual operating conditions.
- Room Sealing Construction:
Based on the information obtained from the room airtightness test, necessary insulation should be provided in areas containing leaks using structural insulation and passive firestops.
- Periodic Maintenance and Service:
Providing warranty and service after material supply, installation and commissioning services, ensuring 24/7 customer satisfaction by offering contractual periodic maintenance services for all systems at least twice a year, both domestically and internationally, through certified personnel in accordance with manufacturer criteria and standards.
